THE PLAYERS' PARTY @HMT Shop (21 May)

THE PLAYERS’ PARTY活動條款及細則：

1. 「THE PLAYERS’ PARTY」 (下稱「PARTY」) 活動日期為 2022年5月21日 14:00-21:30。PARTY分兩個時段舉辦，分別為時段1) 下午2時至5時30分；時段2) 下午6時至晚上9時30分。
2. PARTY只限The Player Climbingym美孚店 (下稱「本館美孚店」) 現有有效會員^才可參加。 ^現有有效會員指於2022年5月21日仍有效本館美孚店月票或以上會籍，並不包括1. 分享票持有者，2. 透過報讀Lv1課程 (第24期) 而持有月票者。   *請留意：即使報名當刻會籍有效，但於2022年5月21日會籍已失效，報名資格將會被取消，而不另作通知。
3. PARTY以網上登記形式進行報名，開始登記時間為2022年5月16日 (星期一) 中午十二時正，登記網站為https://www.theplayerclimbing.com/event-details/hmtparty。
4. 每位有效會員只可登記其中一個時段，重複登記者將被取消資格。
5. PARTY為免費活動，惟不包括攀石鞋租借，如需租借每對為$40。
6. 成功登記人士名額只限本人使用，不可轉讓他人。
7. 如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或其他不可歸責於主辦商之事由，而使報名人士所登錄之資料有遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀，導致資料無效之情況，The Player Climbingym不負責任何法律責任，報名人士均不得異議。
8. 如有查詢，可致電或WhatsApp/Singal 6380 0112與我們聯絡。
9. PARTY條款及細則如有更改，恕不另行通知。
10. 如有任何爭議，The Player Climbingym保留最終決定權。
11. 以上條款及細則以繁體中文及英文編寫，各文本之間如有歧異或矛盾，概以繁體中文本為準。

THE PLAYERS’ PARTY Terms and Conditions:

1. ‘THE PLAYERS’ PARTY’ (“The PARTY") event date is 21st     May 2022, 14:00-21:30. It will be held in two sessions, namely Session 1) 2-5:30PM; Session 2) 6-9:30PM.
2. The PARTY is only valid for existing members^ of The Player Climbingym Mei Foo Shop ("MF Shop"). ^Existing members refer to members who are holding monthly passes or above memberships of MF Shop that are valid on the date of 21st May 2022, excluding 1. holders of Share Passes, 2. holders of Monthly passes by enrolling in the Lv1 course (24th).*Even if the membership is valid at the moment of registration, but it will be expired by 21st May 2022, the reserved seat will be canceled without further notice.
3. Registration of the PARTY will be held online and will start at 12NN, 16th     May 2022 (Monday) on https://www.theplayerclimbing.com/event-details/hmtparty.
4. Each valid member can only register for ONE session only. Those who register repeatedly will be disqualified.
5. This      PARTY is a free event, but excluding climbing shoe rental ($40/pair if needed).
6. The reserved seat of successfully registered members can only be used by himself/herself and cannot be transferred to others.
7. If any information delivered or registered by members is lost, incorrect, unidentifiable, or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology, or other reasons that are not attributable to the organizer and which result in the lost, incorrect, damaged, or invalidity of information, The Player Climbingym shall not be assumed any responsibility, and members do not hold the right to object or the right to appeal.

9. Terms and Conditions of the PARTY are subject to change without prior notice.
10. The Player Climbingym reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the arrangements.
11. The above terms and conditions are written in both traditional Chinese and      English. In case of discrepancies or contradictions between those two versions, the traditional Chinese version shall have prevailed.
