Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving phone calls, typing, filing, and clerical work (including but not limited to maintaining proper filing system, updating records, office equipment maintenance) 負責接聽電話、電腦操作、歸檔及文書工作(包括但不限於維護適當的檔案系統、更新記錄、辦公設備維護、值勤名單準備及處理等)

  • Responsible for maintaining the operation of the venue and answering guest’s general inquiries in-gym/online 負責維持場地的運作及協助解答線上及館內客人查詢

  • Procure and maintain general office supplies & Inventory management 採購一般辦公用品及管理庫存

  • Assist in organizing company events & staff activities 協助組織公司及員工活動

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese and English Word Processing 熟悉MS Word、Excel 、中文及英文文字處理

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both the front desk and the venue 保持前台及場地內乾淨整潔的環境

  • Support Customer Service Executive/Assistant and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
    按要求協助客戶服務主任/助理及完成其他相關職務

Requirements:
•    HKDSE/A-Level or above 文憑試/高級程度會考或以上學歷
•    Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the administrative field, experience in sport-related experience will be a plus 至少1-2 年相關工作經驗,行政領域及/或具與運動相關工作經驗者優先考慮
•    Polite, hard-working, helpful and responsible, communicate and coordinate with all parties 有禮貌、勤奮、樂於助人、有責任心,能與各方溝通協調
•    Possess good reception skill and messaging manners 具有良好的接待技巧和回覆訊息禮儀
•    Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in oral speaking 流利英語、粵語及普通話
•    Proficient with MS Office skills and Chinese input method and good command of written Chinese & English 精通MS Office 技能和中文輸入法,以及良好的中英文書寫能力
•    Ability to work in a team and autonomously 具有團隊合作及自主工作的能力
•    Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position 具較少經驗者將被考慮獲聘較低職位
•    Immediately available highly preferred 可即時入職優先

Working time: 

Full-time (全職)
5 day work (require to work on one of the Saturdays and Sundays, and also require to work on public holidays)
Monday to Friday (11:00-20:00), Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (10:00-19:00)

五天工作 (需要星期六、日其中一天上班,公眾假期亦須上班)
週一至週五(11:00-20:00)、週六、週日及公眾假期(10:00-19:00)

Part-time (半職)
Monday to Friday (14:00-18:00), Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (10:00-19:00) (Negotiable, not less than 4 hours per session)
Able to work at least 3 days is highly preferable

週一至週五(14:00-18:00)、週六、週日及公眾假期(10:00-19:00) (時間可議,每節不少於4小時)
每週可工作至少三天者優先
