活動條款及細則 Event Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Player Climbingym「7 Days of Xmas」2022 活動舉辦時間為2022年12月12日至18日。

  2. 因每天進行之驚喜活動內容不同，故條款及細則或有不同。請參閱每天活動之詳情及條款細則。

  3. 禮品每日數量有限，先到先得，換完即止，恕不補發。

  4. 所有禮品圖片，具體以實物為準。獎品不得兌換現金或其他禮品。如因任何未能控制之因素而未能提供指定獎品，The Player Climbingym有權以其他等值的獎品代替。

  5. 如有任何因電腦，網路，電話，技術或其他不可歸責於主辦商之事由，而使參加者或得獎者所登錄之資料有遺失，錯誤，無法辨識或損毀，導致資料無效之情況，主辦商不負責任何法律責任，參加者或得獎者均不得異議。

  6. The Player Climbingym保留隨時更改條款及細則的權利而毋須事先通知。如有任何爭議，The Player Climbingym保留最終決定權。

  1. The Player Climbingym event "7 Days of Xmas" 2022 will be held from December 12 to 18, 2022.

  2. The terms and conditions may be varied due to the different contents of the surprise activities held every day. Please refer to the daily event details for the T&Cs.

  3. Gift supplies are limited, and gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last and will not be reissued.

  4. Pictures are subject to the actual product. Gifts or services redeemed cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, other gifts, or services. If the designated prizes are not provided due to any factors, The Player Climbingym reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent value product or service.

  5. If any information delivered or registered by the participant is lost, incorrect, unidentifiable, or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology, or other reasons that are not attributable to the organizer and which result in the lost, incorrect, damaged or invalidity of information, The Player Climbingym shall not be assumed any responsibility, and participants do not hold the right to object or the right to appeal.

  6. In case of any disputes, The Player Climbingym reserves the rights of the final decision, including suspending, terminating, or changing details of The Activity and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
